Refund Policy

At MJ DigiHub, we aim for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Services

Due to the custom nature of web development, app development, and consulting:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • No refunds for completed or partially completed services.
  • No refunds for delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., late content approvals).

2. Digital Products

For downloadable or digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access or download links are provided.

3. Advance Payments

Advance or booking payments are non-refundable as they are used to reserve time, resources, and project planning.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • Service was not delivered at all due to a fault solely on MJ DigiHub’s side.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
